Electrical Engineer

                 JOB DESCRIPTION

He is responsible for: 
· Perform diagnostics for electrical installations 
     
(Generation, transmission and distribution) sector operators; 
· Analyze energy requirements and check the consistency of 
· Projects investment sector operators; 
• Define constraints on facilities for 
Œ be the requirements of return; 
Identify risks, measure their criticality and propose plans 
prevention sector operators; 

* Define the basic needs of security operations 
and maintenance to be performed on the grid 
 by operators and ensure that they are made 
in a timely manner; 

* Revise procedures or protocols and maintenance 
network control previously drafted by the operators; 

* Ensure compliance of housing equipment 
operators in compliance with standards 
 sector and contracts; 

* Check the updated plans, diagrams 
and maintenance procedures and ensure traceability; 

* Participate in the accreditation process operators; 

* Ensure technological and regulatory framework; 

* Establish a tracking dysfunctions 
weather data from operators; 

* Work with other agency experts for: 

* Analyze, monitor and investment plans 
submitted by operating companies in the electricity sector; 

* Coordinate activities with funding agencies 
and experts responsible for monitoring implementation. 

* Ensure consistent and coherent 
approach and methods used for 
economic and financial diagnosis, the 
 formulating and evaluating business plans 
companies in the electricity sector. 

* Analyze and make recommendations to the 
Branch on investment plans 
and operations offered by traders. 

* Modeling networks and electrical systems; 
                              
PROFILE 
· Have a basic A/L+5; 
· Engineers training in electrical engineering; 
· Have a perfect computer skills (ability to program a spreadsheet); 
· Being able to travel frequently; 
· Being able to work under conditions of pressure and produce results; 
 Being communicative, analytical, critical and with excellent oral and written French and English; 
 Be available, rigorous, organized, and comply with Clause conflicts of interest.
