SureRents recruits Sales Agent

SureRents is a hostel management service provided by Omni Capital Ltd, an investment and wealth management company based in Buea, Cameroon. Omni Capital is fully owned by AllKome (UK) LLP, a UK based investment fund.

SUMMARY
  • The Sales and Negotiation Agent’s (SN) sole responsibility is to search, identify clients and negotiate contracts on behalf of SureRents. This is a focused role requiring excellent negotiation and deals making skills, a positive, professional and vibrant disposition and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Outstanding performance could lead to an offer for a permanent position as Sales Manager.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
The ideal candidates will possess the following qualities:
Essential:
-         Excellent oral and written communication skills and strong inter-personal skills.
-         Experience of working with figures.
-         Experience of negotiating deals and contracts.
-         Experience of working alone or within a small team and/or prioritising own workload.
-         Willingness to contribute to the work of the Company as a whole.
-         Interest in and commitment to the aims of SureRents and Omni Capital Ltd.
Personal Qualities:
-         Excellent time keeping, reliability and personal organisation skills.
-         Flexible. Can adapt to changing work priorities at short notice.
-         Positive, service-oriented and helpful inter-personal communication.
-         Good at multi-tasking - enjoys doing several different tasks at once.
-         Experienced self-confident person. Unflappable.
