Computer Scientist

         JOB DESCRIPTION
Under the direct responsibility of the Head of IT unit shall assist him and the entire staff of the agency in performing their tasks at the computer. As such it assists users in various software applications, provides maintenance and regular maintenance (soft side) of existing computer equipment, including server maintenance and management of its content.
Support the network and IT assets of the agency;
Participate in the development, configuration, operational implementation of new technologies and communication services;
Provide maintenance and regular maintenance of all software of the agency;
Maintain the server and manage its content;
Maintains file servers and printers (eg user name and access, services, maintenance procedures and regular backup, printing system network interconnection and IP services file);
Provide assistance to users of the Office suite, suite Tomato (Pro Tom Tom Market, Pro Tec ,..), CAD software and desktop publishing, preparation of data starting position, to initialize their databases and the actual start of their applications;
Ensure the development and unit testing: integration testing, technical writing and put into production;
Ensure the security data from the server of the agency;
Managing electronic records of the agency in acceptable conditions in collaboration with the librarian;
Build capacity of project staff in the knowledge of ICT;
                       PROFILE
Have a basic university education (A/L +4);
An engineer by training, you have at a first experience in the following technologies: Embedded computing, Object-Oriented Design (UML ...), Java / J2EE,. Net, C / C + + signal processing / imaging;
Experience in web development would be an advantage;
Have a CISCO certification (CCNA & CCNP);
Being able to work under conditions of pressure and produce results;
Being communicative, analytical, controlling and tools with excellent oral and written French and English;
Be available, rigorous, organized, and comply with Clause conflicts of interest.
