Job Description
• Inform customers by telephone;   • Provide call handling customers and prospects;
 • Contribute to the promotion offers and services of the organization;
• Develop a diagnosis and present products to customers according to their needs;
• Respond to customer inquiries by developing a genuine and appropriate;
Job Specification
• Male or Female at least 25 years;
• holder of an Advanced Level in marketing, communication or any other related field;
• Have at least 1 year of experience;
• Being bilingual; • Good oral and written expression. ;
• Have good listening skills and business sense;
• Having team spirit; • Have a good knowledge of the customer relationship and outbound receiving, processing emails;
• Ability to respond quickly to demand , decision making, monitoring ...;
• Have good knowledge of telephony in Cameroon;
• Be able to work under pressure;
• Good computer skills.
